Employing the use of exegetical research to strengthen the application of biblical principles

For  Hatua Trust , this means  the use of biblical principles as a motivation for civic engagement that is consistent with the values, experiences and needs of many Christians.This entails:

• Communicating/disseminating research findings to promote the understanding among Christians of their biblical responsibility as citizen
• Building capacity of groups and church networks to support approaches that reduce the complexity of civic engagement through the use of biblical language and thought which most Christians have some understanding of in order to grasp social justice matters
•  Supporting inter and intra-county networking.
• Lobbying and policy advocacy on issues based on their citizen and Christian standpoint.
